1. Order Processing Time

• We process orders within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

• If there is a delay (e.g. high order volume, festival season), we will notify you via email or phone.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

• We ship to addresses within Maharashtra and around Pune.

3. Delivery Time Estimates

*These are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier operations, weather, or external factors.

4. Shipping Charges 

• Shipping cost is calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and shipping option chosen.

• The applicable shipping charges for each order are automatically calculated and shown in the cart before checkout. Customers must verify the total shipping cost prior to completing the payment.

5. Order Tracking & Confirmation

• Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email / SMS with a tracking number.

• You can track the shipment via the courier’s website

6. Undeliverable / Incorrect Address

• If the delivery address provided is incorrect, incomplete, or unserviceable by courier, the order may get returned to us.

• In such cases, we will contact you to update the address. If re-delivery is needed, additional shipping charges will apply or need to handpick or customer need to arrange teh curier or fastest mode of delivery

7. Cancellations & Changes

• You may request to cancel or change shipping address within a short window (e.g. within 12 hours of placing the order), provided order has not yet been dispatched.

• Once dispatched, cancellations or address changes may not be possible or may incur extra cost.

8. Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time. Changes will apply to orders placed after the revision.
We encourage customers to review the shipping policy before placing orders.
