Q1. How can I place an order?
Browse the products in our Shop, choose your item, select the size/variant, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout and pay securely.

Q2. What payment methods are accepted?
We accept UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments.

Q3. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can only be changed/canceled within 2 hours of purchase. Once shipped, no changes can be made.

We do not issue refunds. However, you can exchange your product with a different size/variant within 5 days of delivery.

Q8. What if the product color looks different from the photos?
Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting and screen settings.

Q9. How do I request an exchange?
Contact us via call/ WhatsApp/email with your order number. Products must be unused, in original condition, and with tags.

Our products are carefully selected and tested for quality, but we do not offer a formal warranty or guarantee. All exchanges or replacements are handled based on product condition and policy.
